Privacy Policy
Formiq (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the app stores and how it is used.
Information we store
Formiq stores fitness profile data you enter (such as height, weight, age, gender, goal, experience, gym days, and equipment) and workout progress locally on your device. We do not require an account to use the app.
Anonymous usage count
When online, the app may send an anonymous install identifier, platform (iOS/Android), device model, and last-seen time to our database (Supabase) so we can count installs. This is not linked to your name, email, or workout profile. No account is created.
How we use information
Local data is used to generate workout plans, track session completion, and personalize your experience. The anonymous install ping is used only for aggregate usage counts.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Exercise demonstration images may load from a content delivery network (jsDelivr / RepDB) when you are online. Anonymous install pings are stored with our database provider (Supabase).
Data retention & deletion
You can erase your locally stored profile and progress at any time using Reset & redo onboarding in Profile.
